Reverse Tuck Folding Carton
Box Style Summary
One of the more popular retail styles, these are perfect for protecting small, lightweight items at the lowest cost. With this style, the lid opens facing the consumer and the base faces away. The tuck flaps have a “pye lock” tuck for positive locking, ensuring ends will stay shut until they are being opened.

Straight Tuck Folding Carton

Hexagon Box

All six sides are the same dimension on a hexagon box, although clients often extend the height, making the box more tube shaped. It can fold flat allowing for economical shipping as well. Double Wall Tuck Top
Box Style Summary
A popular style for gift boxes, and has added protection when shipping–with side panels that are doubled over, increasing your vertical and horizontal strength. This is a “No Glue” option, which means quicker turnarounds and savings in shipping. Tuck the lid back and use it as a “POP Display” style box, too!

Double Wall Tuck Front
Box Style Summary
A popular style for gift boxes, and added protection when shipping–with side panels that are doubled over, increasing vertical and horizontal strength. This is a “No Glue” option, offering quicker turnarounds and savings in shipping. *Shipping is not recommended in standard 18pt or 24pt SBS (our standard board grades) without an external shipper. Product Sleeve
Box Style Summary
These offer quick and easy assembly, and are available in a variety of shapes and sizes to slip over your product. These can also be used inside an item as an “air cell” to help your product maintain its shape and protect during shipping. This style is popular for frozen meal sleeves, gift products and more.


Gable Bag
Box Style Summary
With its tapered top, this provides lots of competitive retail space on the front for your graphics. It also works great with clear bags or deli sheets, and is popular for specialty food gable packaging or pet treats. A locking tab closure is used on the top ensuring your product is secure.


Gable Box
Box Style Summary
These are ideal for meal kits or providing a lots of competitive retail space–all while standing out from the crowd. Two locking tabs secure the handle in place and allow for easy carrying of bulky items in a professional retail box.

POP Display
Box Style Summary
These are perfect for retail counter sales. Its tray shape makes it easy to display your products or smaller boxes, and the large header allows for stunning graphics to reel in your potential customers. Custom sized to fit your product, this performs well on a register counter or retail shelves.


Foot Lock Tray
Box Style Summary
This style features a non-glued tray design with side panels that form the foot lock portion of the tray. With the male lock smaller in size than the female lock, the security is stronger. Popular as bakery or doughnut trays and for garments, it’s extremely versatile and can even be used as a POP Display. (Ask us how!)

Simplex Tray
Box Style Summary
Consumer Trays/Simplex Trays are a great solution for securing your product while providing a visual appeal. This style replicates a “rigid” gift box, and can be used in conjunction with another Simplex Tray or Foot Lock Tray to perform like a gift box. This style is used as bakery trays, high end cosmetic trays, or as personalized gift trays.

Simplex Tray & Sleeve
Box Style Summary
Simplex Trays combined with a Sleeve provide the end-user with an interactive experience that they are more likely to keep around. With plenty of retail space for beautiful graphics. This style is popular with chocolate packaging, high end cosmetic trays, or cannabis packaging (child-resistant locks can be added).

Frame Vue Tray
Box Style Summary

With hollow but thick walls and sturdy construction, it can be handled a little rough and not bend–unlike other similar tray styles that can flex. Tuck Bottom
Description
This is the standard folding carton bottom. It includes the “pye” locks to ensure your box doesn’t open unintentionally, keeping your product safe. A “mailers lock” is often added to increase strength without adding more weight.

Auto Bottom
Description
This closure style work well for heavier items. They pop open like a drink carrier rather than manually locking the bottom in place. Because of this they are ideal for manual fulfillment.
The glued bottom feature involves an extra production step, so we recommend ordering at least a few thousand units to offset the increased cost.

1-2-3 Bottom
Description
1-2-3 Bottoms, also known as Snap-Lock Bottoms, are a blend of strength and simplicity. It works well with heavier products as it can handle more weight than a tuck bottom. Despite its manual assembly, it is still quite easy and quick to assemble. While the cost is higher than a “tuck bottom” style, it is still more cost effective than an auto-bottom.

Seal End
Description
Seal End bottoms are ideal for large order quantities and companies that use automated fulfillment. This is the most cost effective solution as it has the least amount of paper waste. The ends can meet in the middle, or extend further across the whole bottom, giving you two layers of support. These are typically sealed with automated machinery and hot glue during fulfillment of your product, or taped with packing tape for shipping purposes.
